She came here in the mid-80's to take a year off between boarding school and college and found that she loved the area, the people, the desert and most of all the green chile! She now makes her home with her husband and daughter on their small farm on the edge of the west mesa and feels that she lives very close to heaven. The move to selling real estate came in 2003 while trying to find a job that would pay for her hobby/job at the time, horse trainer and riding instructor, which she still does, time permitting. After a very short time selling real estate, she realized that she loved to process, putting the perfect home together with her clients. Padma specializes in the older areas of town, Mesilla, Alameda, and the downtown area, as well as horse properties. |  |

After teaching fine art for 20 years she became involved in Real Estate, renovation, building and design. With husband Russell Mott, a potter, she has lived in Las Cruces/Mesilla, New Mexico for 20+ years. After years of working as a realtor, Kate's, daughter Padma, and friend Meg Sanchez-Lammers set off on their own two years ago and opened RETHINK Real Estate, LLC in the heart of the Historic Mesquite are of Las Cruces. Kate's other passion (2 1/2 year old granddaughter Isabella being number one) is the Southwest Environmental Center, a non-profit organization which restores and protects the natural treasures of the Southwest, the Rio Grande is a particular interest. | |

Meg Sanchez-Lammers Associate Broker (575) 644-0074 email: dergem@aol.com Meg Sanchez-Lammers is a native New Mexican and has called the Mesilla Valley home for over 45 years. Although a licensed real estate agent only since 2007, she has been actively involved in acquiring real estate knowledge since the early 1980’s. This began with being in the banking industry and owning a construction cleaning business which enabled her to work closely with contractors, builders and mortgage lenders. Over the years Meg invested in a variety of real estate ventures and orchestrated the building and remodeling of several properties. This experience led her to become a partner in Rethink Real Estate and getting her real estate license. She continues to enjoy the real estate business and in particular sees the responsible growth of the Mesilla Valley as a priority. | |
