We are looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help with handyman repairs, in getting homes to get ready to sell, house painting, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are also looking for an office assistant. They would be performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office. We are looking for a few AirBnB cleaners to add to the staff as well.

- We are looking for a full-time person.
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, sometimes later.
- Weekends and/or holidays included, we are year-round.
- Starting at 14.00 per hour with opportunity to make more depending on experience and how well you train.
- Must have a smart phone.
- Must have own transportation. This is a nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok, you need your own reliable transportation.
- This can be a very fast paced job and changes to the schedule can occur and if you are not comfortable with this, we may not be the place for you. Ability to show up on time, every time is absolute necessity, other crew members rely on it. We can be very flexible about schedule, but, as we work on a tight timeline, it is a problem if you are not consistent.
Handyman - maintenace
Qualifications for handyman: If you would like to apply as a contractor or have specific licenses, please let us know, and we can talk about contract/licensed work.
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in residential or commercial settings.
- General repairs. We are looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help with handyman repairs, in getting homes ready to sell, house painting, and some occasional yard work will all be included.
- Needs strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use various tools to complete their jobs effectively.
- If you want to do contract work, we can talk about that as well. Please let us know if you have licenses and would like to work as a contractor.
Landscape - maintenance
- We are looking for someone to help do maintenance and construction at a Real Estate Company.
- Starting at $14 per hour, with the opportunity to make more as you work with the company.
- We need someone who is OK working in the heat and who is detail oriented, must have own transportation, we work at multiple locations in a day.
- Must have a smart phone.
- Having construction experience and having a truck and tools are a plus.
- If you have any licenses that can be utilized, that is a plus.
Office assistant - HIRED!
Air bnb cleaner
- Looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help change Airbnbs over, clean homes to get ready to sell, occasional minor repairs, house painting, laundry, and some occasional yard work will all be included.
- We are looking for a full-time person, but you must be free from 9:00am - 4:00 PM.
- Change overs happen 7 days a week, so there may be times when you don’t work all day but may need to work weekends and/or holidays.
- Starting at 14.00 per hour with opportunity to make more as you work with the company.
- Ability to do everything listed is not required to apply but is a bonus.
- Must have a smart phone and your own transportation. These are nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok, you need your own reliable transportation.
- This can be a very fast paced job and changes to the schedule can occur and if you are not comfortable with this, we may not be the place for you.
