We are looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help with handyman repairs, in getting homes to get ready to sell, house painting, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are also looking for an office assistant. They would be performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office.
We are looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help with handyman repairs, in getting homes to get ready to sell, house painting, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are also looking for an office assistant. They would be performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office.
- We are looking for a full-time person.
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, sometimes later.
- Weekends and/or holidays included, we are year-round.
- Starting at 14.00 per hour with opportunity to make more depending on experience and how well you train.
- Must have a smart phone.
- Must have own transportation. This is a nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok, you need your own reliable transportation.
- This can be a very fast paced job and changes to the schedule can occur and if you are not comfortable with this, we may not be the place for you. Ability to show up on time, every time is absolute necessity, other crew members rely on it. We can be very flexible about schedule, but, as we work on a tight timeline, it is a problem if you are not consistent.
Handyman - maintenace
Qualifications for handyman:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in residential or commercial settings.
- General repairs like plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, as well as cleaning and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
- Needs strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use various tools to complete their jobs effectively.
