It was quiet and peaceful yet only a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk to terrific restaurants and shopping. The patio was pleasant and the walled in backyard is attractive and perfect for our dog. Wonderfully serene little studio with a full kitchen. The bed is a sofa bed but has a 4" memory foam mattress topper, so it is very comfortable. Bring your dog with you, there is a nice sized, secure yard for your pooch. There is everything you need to cook a small meal on the apartment sized electric stove and oven, kitchen is complete with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and fresh farm eggs from your host's farm!

The space is small but cozy and perfect for traveling through Las Cruces with pets. We are happy to have kids as well, just keep in mind that the space is small. There is, however, a nice sized securely fenced backyard.

"This place is GREAT! Not only is it well decorated, but the remodel of the house is beautiful! You can tell they did not spare any expenses! Even the toilets are cute! The place was very clean, and the host thought of everything you might need! There were even fresh eggs with English muffins provided for breakfast! I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, and this place has to be one of my favorites. As some reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is older, and many homes are old (waiting to be restored); however, we never felt unsafe. We had a truck full of furniture that we parked in the large garage! I own a 3/4-ton full-size truck, and it fit perfectly in the garage. We are looking forward to staying here again!"

"Had a great stay at Parma’s very cute apartment. It was perfect for my friend and I, we were very comfortable. Padma was very responsive and even let us borrow sleds to use at White Sands for the day. This place was perfect for what we needed. The water was very hot, pressure in the shower could have been a little better, no complaints though. We would definitely stay here again. "We Really enjoyed our stay this property. It was pretty central to the different places we had planned to visit. The place was very nice, and clean. WIFI was available which helped staying in touch. We arrived pretty late at night. It was a 9-hour drive from Tucson, AZ to Las Cruces. A couple of I-10 closers due to storm made us way late. It was nice waking up with Pinon coffee, fresh eggs and English muffins. The kitchen/dining area was very nice and well stocked. There are restaurants in the area which are very good. One surprise place we found less than a mile away was "Les Rendezvous". Very delicious food. This is our second time staying at a location with this host and both times we really had a comfortable stay. The host communicates very well, and the place felt relaxing and comfortable. Easy to Check in and out with easy-to-follow instructions."
